this stay was much better than my last one in killington. the room was spacious, clean, and the staff was super friendly. i loved the easy access to the gondola and the affordable price for such a great location.

The stay was pretty decent overall. The location was excellent, making it easy to get to the nearby ski areas, and parking was convenient. The parking is super easy right outside the room, made it simple to get my gear set for the slopes. Oh and Dan, the owner? He’s got all the best tips for where to hit the powder. Really great guy.

But, I noticed some issues too. The room had a strong odor that reminded me of an old ashtray, not pleasant at all. The bathroom had some signage of wear and didn’t maintain consistent hot water. The lack of cleaning services was disappointing, and I found a few bugs on the floor. A better maintenance routine would elevate this place.

val roc motel is conveniently located near the snowy mountains, making it great for ski lovers. the unit we stayed in was clean, and check-in was a breeze since the owner left the door open with the key inside. plus, the hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes!

Clean and comfortable with friendly service, the Val Roc is ideal for skiers. It's conveniently close to the gondola, making trips to the mountain easy. While the furniture is a bit dated, the reasonable pricing and helpful owner outweigh this. A pleasant experience overall!

My kids wished there were more activities for them on-site. A small play area would have been great.
